Pricing Notifications

We sometimes need to make changes to our prices. These changes are summarised below:

June 2013 changes

From 24th of June, calls to 118434 will cost £0.60 per call, plus £1.09 per minute.

From 10th of June, calls to 118848 will cost £1.08 for a 1 minute call. Calls over one minute will incur an additional £1.08 for every minute.

We previously notified certain customers that on the 7th June 2013 some of our rates for calling the USA would be increasing. Those changes have now been postponed and we will provide an updated notification when the rates do change.

May 2013 changes

From 25th of May, calls to 118212 will cost £2.83 for a 1 minute call. Calls over one minute will incur an additional £1.96 for every minute.

From 9th of May, calls to 118606 will cost £2.90 per call, plus £4.02 per minute.

April 2013 changes

From 27th of April, calls to 118826 will cost £1.6843 per call plus £0.8425 per minute.

From 19th April, calls to 118226 will cost £0.6628 per call, plus £0.4494 per minute.

From 6th of April, calls to 118888 will cost £2.82 for a 1 minute call. Calls over one minute will incur an additional £2.18 for every minute.

From 12th of April, calls to 118595 will cost £2.2479 per call, plus £0.1123 per minute.

February 2013 changes

From 1st February, calls to 118118 and 118511 will cost £4.79 for a 1 minute call. Calls over one minute will incur an additional £1.96 for every minute.

From 7th February, calls to 118505 will cost £2.90 per call, plus £4.02 per minute.

From 7th February, calls to 118707 will cost £0.82 per call.

January 2013 changes

From 22nd January 2013, calls to 118402 will cost £0.77 per call, plus £0.65 per minute

From 1st January 2013 Line Rental will increase to £14.35

From 1st January 2013 the standard call connection fee will increase to 13.87p

From 1st January 2013 the UK daytime rate will increase to 8.41p per minute

From 1st January 2013 some of our Non-Geographic rates will increase. Click here for full breakdown.

December 2012 changes

From 31st December 2012 we will no longer be providing certain Narrowband/Dial-up internet services. Access to some dial-up access numbers will cease and internet access via these numbers will no longer be possible. Customers with an AOL Broadband service will see no change and remain unaffected.

From 19th December, calls to 118500 and 118404 will cost £1.32 per call, plus £2.29 per minute.

November 2012 changes

From 1st November, calls to all Services FW (FW1-FW12) will cost 13.1p per call, plus 15p per minute.

From 15th November, calls to 118800 will cost £1.29 per call, plus £1.77 per minute.

From 22nd November, calls to 118288 will cost £1.17 per call, plus £1.59 per minute.

October 2012 changes

From 1st October, calls to 118020,118247 and 118248 will cost £1.65 per call, plus 76.5p per minute.

From 23rd October, calls to 118829 will cost 56.2p per call, plus 89.9p per minute.

September 2012 changes

From 17th September calls to the following Directory Enquiries numbers will be charged at £1.64 per call – 118227, 118241, 118275, 118328, 118359, 118360, 118442, 118526, 118686, 118927, 118932 and 118949.

From 20th September calls to Directory Enquiries number 118193 will be charged at £1.54 per call and £1.83 per minute thereafter.

August 2012 changes

From 15th August, calls to 118414 will cost £2.74 for a one minute call. Calls over one minute will incur an additional £2.74 for every additional minute.

From 15th August, calls to 118414 will cost £2.74 for a one minute call. Calls over one minute will incur an additional £2.74 for every additional minute. Also from 15th August calls to 118888 will cost £2.17 for a one minute call. Calls over one minute will incur an additional £1.85 for every additional minute.

Also from 15th August calls to 118661 and 118899 will cost £4.37 for a one minute call. Calls over one minute will incur an additional £3.28 for every additional minute.

July 2012 changes

From 1st July, calls to 118848 will cost 86.50p for a one minute call. Calls over one minute will incur an additional 86p for every minute.

Also from 1st July, calls to 118212 will cost £1.63 for a one minute call. Calls over one minute will incur an additional 54p for every minute.

Also from 1st July, calls to 118175 will cost £1.61 for a one minute call. Calls over one minute will incur an additional £1.54 for every minute.

From 1st July, calls to 118747 will cost 88.9p per call, plus 82p per minute.

June 2012 changes

From 25th June, calls to 118500 and 118404 will cost £1.40 per call, plus £1.90 per minute.

May 2012 changes

From 1st May, calls to 118827 will cost £1.29 per call, plus £1.77 per minute.

From 1st May, AOL Line Rental will be £13.90 per month. Alternatively, you can take our Value Line Rental service, which can save you more than £52 a year. Value Line Rental is only available online at aolbroadband.co.uk/myaccount.

From 1st June, there will be some changes to our standard international call rates. You can visit aolbroadband.co.uk/international to see if these changes affect you.

From 15th March, calls to 118551 will cost £2.34 for a one minute call. Calls over one minute will incur an additional £1.80 for every minute.

From 1st March, calls to 118118 will cost £2.34 for a one minute call. Calls over one minute will incur an additional £1.80 for every minute.
