Our Principles
All our broadband products come with a wireless router worth £50 and download speeds of up to 8Mbps depending on your line and location. Take a look at our range of broadband products below:
At AOL Broadband, everything we do is based on our 'Five Fundamental Rules'.
These principles are embodied by everyone from the Advisors in Member Services to the Chief Executive Officer. So whether you work on the front line or support centre is irrelevant, as our mission will always remain the same: to provide the external client or internal employee with exceptional customer service and act as though the entire company’s standing rests in our hands!
- If we don't look after the customer, someone else will.
- Nothing is gained by winning an argument but losing a customer.
- Always deliver what we promise. If in doubt, under promise and over deliver.
- Always treat customers as we ourselves would like to be treated.
- The reputation of the whole company is in the hands of each individual
