What is LLU (local loop unbundling)?
Unbundling means that your line will connect directly to our equipment in the telephone exchange. We will send you an email to notify you of the date that work will be carried out on your exchange (if you are not currently in an unbundled area). During the time that we are physically working on your exchange you may experience a period of up to 20 minutes where you cannot access the internet.
